Key Responsibilities: 

1.  Requirements Gathering: 

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. 

2. Feasibility Analysis: 

Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and provide recommendations based on business needs, technical constraints, and industry best practices. 

3. Process Mapping: 

Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future state processes. 

4. Data Analysis: 

Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and ensure data integrity within IT solutions. 

5. User Stories and Use Cases: 

Develop user stories, use cases, and other documentation to clearly articulate requirements for development teams. 

6. Collaboration: 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 

7. Communication: 

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements. 

8. Testing Support: 

Assist in the development of test cases and support the testing process to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements. 

9. Continuous Improvement: 

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of internal methodologies and best practices.

 Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • Proven experience not less than 4 years as a Business Analyst. 
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques. 
  • Familiarity with project management conc 

Preferred Qualifications

 Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMIPBA).
