- RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTROLLING EXPENSES & PRODUCT QUALITY, MANAGING INVENTORY ETC
- PROMOTES COMPANY IMAGE BOTH INTERNALLY & EXTERNALLY TO EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS
- RESOLVES CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS TO THEIR SATISFACTION AND ANSWERING ENQUERIES
- SETTING STANDARDS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & EVALUATING CURRENT EMPLOYEES WORK HABITS & STANDARDS
- GENERATE PROMPT & RELEVANT REPORTS LIKE COMPETITORS ANALYSIS, SALES TRENDS, AND SWOT ANALYSIS ETC FOR MANAGEMENT USE IN DECISION MAKING.
REQUIREMENTS:
- KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRY; MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE & EXPERIENCE WITH CASH FLOW & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT.
- PROVEN KNOWLEDGE & USE OF COMPUTER WITH RELEVANT SOFTWARES APPLICATIONS
